Therefore, Zhenhengli collaborated with Beiren Group to modify a Beiren N300 double-sided offset press into a high-speed single-groove machine. “Through the technical breakthroughs of Zhenhengli's R&D team and Beiren Group's technical support, the new equipment achieves high-speed printing at 12,000 sheets per hour. The Zhuji high-speed feeder effectively ensures stable operation at high speeds while reducing equipment failure rates.” Notably, the high-speed single-tank press features paper presetting functionality, electric front and pull guides, and a high degree of automation. Operators can easily manage printing operations from the central control console. Additionally, the equipment incorporates fully enclosed guide rails, addressing persistent issues like chain stretching and durability in traditional single-tank presses while reducing operational noise and improving the production environment," Feng Yan remarked with evident pride.
It is understood that Guizhou Yongji Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yongji Printing”) has reached a purchase agreement with Zhenheng Lida. This high-speed single-groove machine will undergo final testing and adjustments at Yongji Printing's workshop. Huang Ge, Deputy General Manager of Yongji Printing, stated: "Structurally, this machine features improvements in the feeder, front register, and side register, which we believe will significantly enhance its stability.
