By the end of 2024, Hubei Hejia Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hubei Hejia) returned an earlier purchased assembly machine (due to misregistration issues) and procured a single-diameter, single-concave machine from our company. Through the joint efforts of both parties, the sample production for the Black Horse cigarette packaging was completed before the 2025 Spring Festival.
This Black Horse cigarette label presented exceptionally high registration demands for Hubei Hejia. Unlike previous cigarette label designs, single-depression embossing served as the initial process. Any misregistration would have compromised the printing reference, necessitating frequent plate modifications during subsequent offset printing. True to expectations, Zhenheng Limin's single-depression embossing delivered flawlessly. Upon transitioning to offset printing, no plate adjustments were required, enabling seamless completion of the proofing process.
