The YA1B1D high-speed single-revolver press is a new-generation product developed by Beijing Zhenheng Limin Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. based on its legacy single-revolver models and incorporating the advanced features of the domestically produced N300 high-end offset press. Designed and manufactured on an internationally advanced high-speed, modular sheetfed offset platform, this model overcomes the flimsy and outdated feel of the 08 thin-paper platform. The entire machine presents a fresh new appearance, built on the solid foundation of German printing presses.
The feeder employs a high-speed unit capable of 13,000 sheets per hour with vacuum paper transport. It incorporates a pre-feed roller and a swing-down feeder, with a blowing and flattening function at the front register. All roller shaft ends utilize tapered roller bearings, minimizing backlash. The double-diameter impression cylinder employs a square spring structure to prevent sheet misalignment. The plate cylinder features circumferential plate clamping and axial plate tensioning, with adjustment mechanisms identical to imported offset presses. The delivery jaws also employ square spring design, accommodating high-speed operation at 13,000 sheets/hour. Fully enclosed guide rails significantly reduce noise.
This press is suitable for surface finishing of high-end printed products such as cigarette boxes, liquor boxes, cosmetic boxes, and gift boxes. It adapts to thick paper printing, meeting printing enterprises' diverse demands for product decoration print quality and design. This printing press has obtained multiple patents.
